I will keep all the books, minutes, meetings, decisions, budget figures, readily available to any individual. Any individual can have open dialogue about any issue with any committee.

A group of happy, healthy, families make for a happy, healthy community. A group of happy, healthy, communities make up a happy, healthy city.
